Founded in 2016, Disability:IN Central Texas (formerly Central Texas Business Leadership Network) is a 501 (c) (3), tax-deductible non-profit organization. We are an affiliate of the Disability:IN, a national non-profit that helps business drive performance by leveraging disability inclusion. We are made up of businesses and organizations of all sizes in the Central Texas area.
Our focus is Disability Inclusion in:
- Workplace (recruiting, hiring, retention, etc.)
- Supply chain (supplier diversity, Disability-Owned Business Enterprises [DOBEs])
- Marketplace (products, services, customer care, marketing, etc.)

That’s why Disability:IN Central Texas is local!
To help foster interaction among business members, we have defined our membership area to be Central Texas along the I-35 corridor, including the greater Austin area, north to Temple, and south to San Antonio.
