Diversify Austin Job and Resource Fair

In honor of National Disability Awareness Month, join us for the Diversify Austin Job/Resource Fair to be held Monday, 10/28/19, from 9:00 a.m. to noon.   The fair is a partnership between Amerigroup, Disability:IN Central Texas, and the Texas Center for Disability Studies. It will be hosted in the Commons Cafe located in the JJ Pickle Research Center.

As an employer exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to meet candidates for your open positions as well as network with community resources and other employers who may be able to assist you with your diversity efforts.  

If you are a community resource focusing on assisting individuals with disabilities and/or their employers, you will have the opportunity to educate attendees on your services and share your expertise.

The fair will offer the following additional presentations:

• Amerigroup will present their “Caregiver of the Year” award
• Disability:IN Central Texas will share how membership can help employers with their disability inclusion efforts

Networking:  From noon to 1:00 p.m., we will have the Campus Dining Room available for employers and community resource groups to continue the conversation and network.  Lunch will be available for purchase.
